We propose to you to the rent, in Saint-Lunaire, this charming apartment to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 34 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of about 30 m². We are waiting for you !
The housing is composed as follows:
The entrance in the housing is done by the living room
- A living room of 15 m² with sofa
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining shower room, WC. Sheets and towels included.
Outside :
- A 30m² private terrace overlooking the courtyard and garden shared by the condominium with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days (small sofa + 2 armchairs + coffee table)
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire in a charming property, close to the beach of Longchamp and the Great beach of Saint Lunaire (cross the road to Longchamp and 300 meters from the Great beach). You will be close to all the essential shops but also to stationery shops, wine cellar, restaurants, Carrefour City...

Transportation:
- You will be able to park directly on the outside parking lot, not numbered but private, right next to the apartment.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
