Located in Erquy, around 900 m from the town centre and 1.2 km from the beach, this 150 m² house accommodates up to 10 guests for family holidays or a stay with friends on Brittany’s Emerald Coast.
The living area of almost 44 m² includes a lounge with television and large sliding doors opening onto the terrace.
Views over Erquy harbour keep the coast in sight throughout the day, from breakfast to quieter evenings. The fitted kitchen makes independent holidays easy, whether preparing meals after the beach, sharing large family dinners or getting ready for a day around Cap d’Erquy.
It includes an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. Sleeping arrangements include: - 1 ground-floor bedroom with sofa bed 140x190 for 2 guests - 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed 140x190 and 1 single bed 90x190, with sea view - 1 upstairs bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200, with sea view - 1 upstairs bedroom with 3 single beds 90x190 The house also includes a ground-floor shower room with WC and an upstairs bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. The basement provides a garage and a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, the large terrace extends the living space.
The enclosed grounds with electric gate, outdoor furniture, sun loungers and barbecue make it easy to enjoy meals and relaxed evenings outdoors. Parking is available in the courtyard of the property, making arrivals, departures and beach returns with bags easier. Erquy is known for its harbour, beaches and pink sandstone landscapes.
From the house, guests can alternate between walks around Cap d’Erquy, seaside days and trips into the town centre. - Included services: bed linen and household linen (towels and tea towels) - Wi-Fi access subject to network coverage - End-of-stay cleaning included (according to house rules) - Pets allowed For arrivals after 6 PM or outside the agency opening hours, secure key boxes are available outside the agency for independent check-in.

The house and garden had a great view of Erquy seafront. It was a short walk into the town, where there are some good shops, bars and restaurants.
I found the communication with the rental agent a bit difficult, although this may be partly due to my limited French. The check-in and checkout procedure seemed unnecessarily complicated.

Sejour très agréable, très belle région. La maison est bien placée avec une belle vue sur mer. Petits bémols : La propreté, seulement 6 chaises autour de la table alors qu'il y a 9 couchages et la misère pour trouver 8 verres corrects dans les placards

Trés bon séjour, location bien située.
Petit bémol, échafaudage empêchant de passer par les baies donnant sur terrasse. Sinon, tres belle location.
