A villa with a strong personality due to its stone structure, but in great taste due to the essential furnishings studied in every detail.
Surrounded by a flourishing garden and equipped with a private swimming pool, it is ideal for families with children and groups of friends who want to enjoy maximum relaxation a stone’s throw from the sea.
Villa Ulivo, is a Luxury Villa located within a luxurious condominium of Villas in Castiadas, a renowned tourist resort on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia.
The property, equipped with all comforts and absolute privacy, is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor the living area is spread over two staggered levels where there is a living room with a large and comfortable double sofa bed, a dining area furnished with a characteristic and precious granite table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a cavity that can be used as a storage room.
The first floor is reserved for the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom.
All the rooms have a window and/or a small balcony overlooking the villa’s garden, from which it is possible to admire the sea on the horizon.
On the floor there is also a second bathroom with shower. The villa, with an independent entrance and parking space, is surrounded by a well-kept garden, in which there is a swimming pool, a solarium equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor hot-water shower and a functional barbecue area, overlooking a large portico with dining table and lounge. All the rooms are air-conditioned/heated. The exteriors are very well maintained, as are the window frames complete with mosquito nets. The ethnic local chic furnishings, in light, bright colours, are refined and meticulously detailed and recall the style of the Sardinian island. LOCATION Castiadas is a very well-known tourist area, it is a gem set on the edge of Sardinia South-East coast.
It extends in a large and rich land regarded as one of the most beautiful in Sardinia with its 13 Km of coastline.
Inhabited since pre-nuragic age and visited until the Roman era, today the peculiarity of Castiadas is its dividing in various small villages very high populated during the hottest months of the year.
Besides the mild climate, this beautiful area of Sardinia offers a crystal clear sea water, tropical white and fine sandy beaches, natural oasis and a high quality local food farming production.
These wonderful features are the reasons why Castiadas is the ideal place where to spend summer holidays or to enjoy a short spring or fall break.
The background of this beautiful coast is the mountainous skyline of the “Sette Fratelli” nature reserve, made of canyons, gorges, towers and a valley crossed by rivers.
There are also archaeological sites and woods where rare animal species as stags and mouflons live.
This prestigious natural park is perfect for relaxing walks surrounded by an astonishing nature.
On top of the many natural landmarks there is the “Arco dell’Angelo” from where it is possible to admire the whole Castiadas valley. Scoglio di Peppino Beach The nearest beach to Villa Ulivo is the “Scoglio di Peppino” beach and it is located about 500mt far, more or less 4 minutes’ walk.
It is one of the most beloved and populated beaches of the Sardinia South-East coast because of its beauty, on calm sea days it looks more like a natural swimming pool than a seafront.
The beach takes its name from the magnificent big granite rock located on the right side of the beach.
The story goes that the rock was the favourite spot of a fisherman called “Peppino”. This beach is perfect for families with children because of the safe and fine sandy seabed. *IMPORTANT INFORMATION We usually personally welcome all our guests by making an appointment for the delivery of the keys and the check-in operations.
The Sardinia Chic Staff will welcome guests from 4.00pm to 9.00pm and check-out from 8.00am to 10.00am (check-outs before 8.00 am must be communicated during the check-in operations). 72 hours before arrival it is necessary to communicate the time of arrival at the airport or port to our Booking Office with a WhatsApp message, or by email to info@sardiniacohosting.it, so as to be able to arrange an appointment with the Sardinia Chic team, for the delivery of the property. Since we are not a hotel, we do not offer a 24-hour reception service.
Therefore, we advise our Guests to contact us in advance to arrange the check-in time with our team. Requests for early/late check-in and/or late/early check-out are subject to availability and incur a supplement. The Contract Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays. Deposit The refundable deposit of € 1.500,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House. ** Pets weighing less than 10kg are allowed in this property, with the exception of dangerous animals, free of charge.

Die Kommunikation vor Ort mit dem Management war sehr gut und immer sehr schnell und freundlich. Das Haus war perfekt. Es gab alles was man brauchte. Vielleicht wäre ein zweiter Haustürschlüssel gut, da vier Erwachsene nicht immer gleichzeitig das Haus verließen bzw. zurückkehrten.Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen.
