The stunning views from the bay window of Dolphin Watch are a joy. This contemporary first-floor apartment is aptly named too, if you are lucky you may spot dolphins playing in the bay. However, the view alone is breath-taking, stretching across Carbis Bay beach to St Ives and out to Godrevy Lighthouse.
Sleeping four in two well-presented bedrooms, it’s perfect for a family holiday or romantic beach retreat.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Freeview, Apple TV, Alexa Echo and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with LCD TV and a family room with a single and a bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside there is south-facing communal gardens and off-road, undercover parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Please bring own bedding for the cot. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. For a memorable adventure to Cornwall, choose Dolphin Watch.
There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100 for this property. Access from the parking area is up one level via five steps with hand rails.
Please note, render clearance works are scheduled to be completed on the 25th, 26th and 27th March 2026 at Gwel Marten Apartments. On these three days, we kindly ask that all windows are kept closed to allow for the works to commence. Guests should not be disturbed due to the nature of these works.
