The Cocoonr agency offers you this charming house for rent in Saint-Coulomb, less than 1 km from the stunning Chevrets beach, with a surface area of 70 m², accommodating up to 8 guests. The property features a 30 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. Cleaning is included in the rental, and 4-star hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, and tea towels) is provided, with beds made upon arrival.

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Coulomb, in a pleasant environment. Local shops, including bakery, butcher, pharmacy, and grocery store, are 5 minutes by car. The Chevrets beach is 5 minutes on foot.

If you arrive by car, private parking is available directly in front of the house.

• Closest train station: Saint-Malo (15 min by car)
• Closest airports: Dinard-Pleurtuit (25 min), Rennes (1h10), Nantes (2h30)
