Billy (one bed-room apartment) about 50 m2 - Maximum occupancy: 4 adults or 3 adults + 2 children
It consists of a kitchen/living room complete with everything needed for a stay, crockery and small parts, large fridge with freezer, electric oven, TV, Wifi, and a dishwasher.
Small portion of the garden, where there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower for exclusive use, the apartment is central to the other two but has access to two opposite sides of the property.
Covered private parking.
You can also eat on the veranda or in the garden.
It has a double bedroom with a third bed added and a sofa/bed in the living room.
Services with shower. Furniture type: - new and functional Services inside the apartment: - large fridge with freezer; electric oven; TV; Wifi; dishwasher Services outside the apartment: - covered parking space; private equipped veranda; large courtyard; portion of garden; BBQ and outdoor shower for exclusive use Important Notes: - maximum occupancy: 4 adults or 3 adults + 2 children - minimum age to check-in 21 years (family welcome) - check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - small/medium sized pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of € 30.00 - deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

La posizione della casa è davvero ottima per gli amanti della natura.
L'attrezzatura della casa non è adeguata. La cucina manca di utensili di base (avevamo solo una pentola). Nel bagno non c'è posto per mettere o appendere asciugamani, articoli per l'igiene, carta igienica, ecc.
