The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming duplex flat for rent in the village of Le Bez in the commune of La Salle-les-Alpes, right in the heart of the Serre Chevalier resort. The apartment has two entrances and is located in a typical former sheepfold overlooking the Villeneuve ski lifts. The 120 m² apartment can accommodate up to 11 adults and a baby.
Located on two levels, it comprises a magnificent 55 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms upstairs and three shower rooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
First floor (pedestrian entrance to Villeneuve):
- A typical 55 m² vaulted living room with double BZ sofa bed, TV lounge area, farm table and baby chair.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with: professional piano with 3 gas burners (one under a simmering plate) and electric oven, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue machine, dishwasher, fridge+freezer.
- Separate laundry room with washing machine and household tools.
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC.
Upstairs (reception and skiers' entrance, key box, opposite the former Le Pastelli restaurant):
- Ski room.
- Bedroom 1: two bunk beds (four single beds), cot, separate shower room and WC.
- Bedroom 2: double bed and alcove single bed.
- Bedroom 3: one double bed.
- Shower room with WC
Exterior :
- A 15m² terrace accessible from the living room.
- A 10m² roof terrace accessible from bedroom 1.
- Deckchairs available for sunbathing.
The picturesque, traffic-free Village du Bez overlooks the mountain-facing departures of the Casse du Boeuf chairlift on the left and the brand-new Pontillas gondola on the right, at the foot of the slopes. Unless you're on a getaway, forget your car, as you'll find all the essential shops, mini-market, local produce stores, restaurants, bars, Tuesday market, sports equipment rental, nightclub, as well as valley shuttles to get you from Briançon to Monêtier, less than 10 minutes' walk away.

Summer: horse riding, mountain biking, tennis, natural swimming, swimming pool, accrobranche, minigolf, via ferrata, trout fishing, paragliding, large natural hot tubs at Le Monêtier and giant zip line.
