The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency in Barèges offers this charming 32 m² flat with village and mountain views, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom.
Wifi (fibre optic) included, bed linen and towels extra, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 16 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, etc. - Shower room with bath - Separate WC Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) with wardrobe and TV (pocket-sprung foam mattress, memory foam, anti-allergy) - Bedroom 2: bunk bed (two single beds) Outside: - A 2m² south-facing balcony to make the most of the fine weather The flat is ideally located in Barèges, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting with hiking trails including the Plateau Lumière and Plateau du Lienz.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, tourist office, ski hire, butchers, etc. are close by. Activities : You are in the heart of the Great Pyrenean Sites: Le Pic du Midi de Bigorre, Le Cirque de Gavarnie, La réserve du Néouvielle and Le Pont d'Espagne de Cauterêts. WINTER: downhill skiing, snowshoe trekking, dog sledding, snowmobiling... 2.6 km from the ski slopes of the vast Domaine du Grand Tourmalet, accessible by car or free shuttle bus. Close to the thermal baths, thermo-ludic centre and ski-bus shuttles (300 m). SUMMER: Hiking to the lakes, mountain biking on the slopes, paragliding... Events : - Barèges town hall has an events department.
There is an entertainment programme for every day of the year. - Passage of the Tour de France. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park with a numbered space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Free shuttle bus to the Barèges / La Mongie ski resort. - Nearest train station: Lourdes station, around 45 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Lourdes airport, about 1 hour's drive away. Other information: - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Sheets + pillowcase: €35 for the first bed and €25 for subsequent beds. 1 large towel + 1 small towel and 1 tea towel: €8 per person. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge can be paid to our local service provider). Price: €70. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Essendo una seconda casa e non appartamento turistico aveva molti utensili per la cucina e gli spazi ben organizzati

Logement idéalement situé, très propre. Arrivée autonome très pratique. Hôtes très facilement joignables.
Seul bémol, la literie est vraiment hors d’usage. Nous avons dormi dans le clic clac qui est le lit le plus confortable de l’appartement.

Parfait pied à terre sur Barèges pour skier (navette à 2 min à pied, location de ski, ecole ESF, restaurants et épicerie Vival) ou randonner dans la région. Le logement est conforme aux photos et plutôt propre. La communication via l'agence et la concierge est excellente et fluide. Je recommande!
