Cocoonr offers this charming 80 m² house with Wi-Fi for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 400 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 30 m² with TV - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival - Two bathrooms with shower and bath for one and shower for the other, WC - A beautiful garden of 400 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, dryer. The house is ideally located in Surzur, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transportation: - You will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house. - Nearest train station : Vannes SNCF at 30min - Nearest airport: Rennes at 1h20 or Nantes Atlantique at 1h30 Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or opting for an autonomous arrival.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour convivial et apaisant entre amis.
Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, la maison était propre et Julie a été très arrangeante. Le cadre est plein de charme et toutes les instructions sont claires. Merci !
