Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 28 m² living room, air-conditioned and south-east facing, with a large sofa bed, a dining area and a TV. - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A 9m2 south-facing terrace with furniture and manual awning to make the most of the fine weather. The flat is ideally situated in a quiet location on the heights of Collioure, in a very pleasant environment, less than 10 minutes' walk from the town centre and the famous plage du clocher.
Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, artists' studios and local crafts... Activities : - Hiking - Mountain biking - Scuba diving - Canoeing and kayaking, - Wine tasting - Beaches and coves Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free private car park in the residence (unnumbered space). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Collioure station 1.5 km away (about 5 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, 40 km (about 30 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not provided, so please bring your own! - No smoking. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Appartement très propre, bien équipé et bien situé au calme à 1 km de Collioure à pied. Très joli village, animé et plusieurs plages à proximité. À part Collioure, plein d'autres villes et villages à visiter. Nous ne connaissons pas cette region et nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour

L'appartement est bien situé. Proche du centre. Cosy et la terrasse agréable.
Je pense qu'un lave linge serait bien dans l'appartement. Si non il est très bien équipé. !
Collioure est inoubliable par sa douceur dès le matin, son marché, ses ruelles colorées,son histoire, son château etc…sa

Le calme et la proximité de la ville à pied (10 mn env )
La salle d’eau à rénover, notamment la douche, car les autres pièces sont parfaites
