Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in Saint-Malo, featuring sea views, private parking and Wi-Fi, just 150 metres from Rochebonne beach.
The flat measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 22 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 22 m² living room with a TV and Wi-Fi (fibre optic) - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed. - Bedroom 2: 1 sofa bed with a desk area.
Please note that in this bedroom, the sofa bed will not be made up on your arrival, but you will be provided with everything you need to set it up as you wish during your stay. - A bathroom with a shower and toilet. The flat is ideally situated in the Rochebonne neighbourhood in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Paramé market every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
You can walk to Intra-Muros in under 45 minutes along the beach.
You can also reach Intra-Muros in 10 minutes by car. Transport: - If you’re travelling by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park - Bus: Lines 4 and 9, ‘Kennedy’ stop - Nearest railway station: 2.5 km - Nearest airport: Rennes, 80 km Other information: - Bed linen and towels included - In bedroom 2, the sofa bed is not made up on arrival, but you will be provided with everything you need to set it up as you wish during your stay. - Non-smoking accommodation - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - The steps in the communal areas are narrow and therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Le vue est vraiment le point fort de l'appartement mais l'équipement est l'emplacement est vraiment exceptionnel la personne qui c’est occuper de nous a notre arrivée etait adorable 😁
On a trouver le matelas assez dur est la bâtisse en elle meme (en travaux) est jolie hâte de voir une fois finit

Un super séjour sur Saint Malo dans un logement fidèle aux descriptions. Appartement fonctionnel et surtout une superbe vue ! La place de stationnement à l'intérieur de la cour est également très pratique. Nous avons également apprécié les petites attentions laissées à notre intention (dosettes de café, thé...).

L'état du hall d'entrée et de l'escalier limite vétuste, la situation au 2ème étage
