Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², open equipped kitchen, a bedroom in mezzanine, a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with a double sofa bed, TV
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...

- A bedroom on the mezzanine: a queen-size bed (160×200), a single bed and a closet
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

The apartment is ideally located in Martigues, 10 minutes walk from the city center, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Martigues is located on the Etang de Berre, a beach has been developed with an outdoor pool. Martigues is called the "Venice of Provence" thanks to its numerous canals. It has two marinas, one on the Etang de Berre side and one on the canal side with access to the Mediterranean Sea. Rowing is practiced there, boat trips on the Blue Coast are possible, discovery of the creeks, beautiful beaches and creeks at about 6 kms. Park of figuerolles to be discovered, excursions, many animations the summer.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park on the free public parking lot near the accommodation.
