Modern Catalunya Casas villa in the resort of Les Comes, Sils, for up to 8 people, only 15 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava!
This villa, built on one level, is the ideal place for a luxury family vacation with all the comforts of home.
The property consists of open spaces and bright and spacious rooms in the following arrangements:
- Complete kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, utensils, cutlery and cutlery, completely renovated with the latest practical equipment.
- Open living-dining room with a flat screen TV.
- Bedroom 1: Suite, with a queen bed and private bathroom, which also has a hot tub and shower.
- Bedroom 2: one double bed
- Bedroom 3: with a capacity of 3 people, the room is equipped with a double bed and a single bed.
- Bedroom 4: one single bed.
The bed sizes are as follows: 100x190 cm for single bed and 135x190 cm for double bed. Queen bed 160x190
Outside there is a large private garden with a children's house to play in, a covered area for lunch, charcoal barbecue, deck chairs, umbrellas and a beautiful private swimming pool of 4 m Wide by 7 m long with a depth of 1.3m to 1.5m
In the yard there is space to park several cars.

Below are just a few options that can be booked for an additional supplement after your reservation is confirmed: In-villa catering (paella, tapas, Spanish BBQ) Flamenco lessons In-villa tastings of local cheeses, wines, cavas, chocolate, deli meats Airport transfer Car rental Towels and linens (these are not included in your reservation fee and are charged at 10 euros per person per linens set, and 5 euros per person per set of towels) Early check-in: 20 euros per hour before 17h (for stays of over 3 nights) Late check-out: 20 euros per hour after 10h (for stays of over 3 nights) Excursions / tours Massage Horse riding Air conditioning/Heating (if available). Nos alojamos en esta villa una semana en julio como parte de un grupo de 11. El tamaño, la distribución y las instalaciones eran insuperables. La zona de la piscina y la terraza fuera de la cocina era destacable. Nos encantó todo almorzar en la mesa de la piscina, y luego la cena arriba en la terraz...
