This apartment can accommodate 2 people.
The studio is equipped with a 160x190 bed (Queen Size).
You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a whirlpool bath and a toilet.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ Parking is possible in nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays). 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Great location! Lake Annecy is only a 10 minute walk away and the train station is just 20 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket and a bakery on the other side of the street and a shopping centre nearby.

Nous avons passé une semaine à Annecy. Très content de notre séjour dans cet appartement qui est très bien agencé et à proximité du centre et du lac (15minutes à pied). Malgré que nous n’avions pas de place de parking les rues voisines sont gratuites et il y a souvent de la place.
Je recommande ce logement.
