It has a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 686 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 27 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine and dining table... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: three single beds - Bathroom with bath and WC Outside: - A beautiful south-west facing garden of 686 m², enclosed, with garden furniture available (table, chairs, deckchairs) - A 25 m² terrace, also facing south-west, to enjoy the fine weather For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, at the end of a cul-de-sac.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its wide beach await you.
