1 double bedroom for 2 people overlooking balcony (new bedding) SEA VIEW -

1 bathroom with bathtub and sink -
Separate WC -
WIFI. Gas heating. Private closed garage (1 place car/ bikes). Washing machine. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent on a fortnight basis the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week
