1 living room with sofa, TV, overlooking the courtyard -
1 kitchen area equipped with 3 induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher -
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet -
Upstairs (under the attic):
1 bedroom with double bed in 140cm for 2 people with duvet -
1 double bed room in 140cm for 2 people + 1 bed for 1 person with duvets and adjoining WC -
WIFI.
Electric heating.
Heating package of 40€/week.
Washing machine.
Terrace furniture and barbecue.
Baby equipment (bed type umbrella, high chair, stroller). Terraced house.
Parking spaces in the street.
Good condition (maintenance and painting). Furnished accommodation classified 2 stars for 4 people. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, animal supplement (only 1 small dog allowed), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.). Rent in fortnight the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week). ***Environment*** Well located near the marina of Perros-Guirec, quiet because set back from the main street.
