N°328 - Breton house 200 m from the superb beach Saint-Guirec in Ploumanac'h and 20m from shops, rue du centre in Perros-Guirec, including: 1 entry - 1 living room with sofa, TV + kitchen area with 4 gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine - 1 small bathroom, sink, shower, WC - On the attic floor: 1 room with 2 beds 1 person in 90cm or large bed 180cm with duvet in 160cm - 1 small child room 1 bed 1 person - Electric heating - Small enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue - Terraced house - Washing machine.
Furnished tourism classified 2 stars.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...). 1 only small dog accepted (less than 7 kilos).
Good condition (maintenance and painting). ******Environment**** Very well placed 200m walk from the mythical beach Saint-Guirec in Ploumanac'h - elected "favorite village of the French" in 2015 - famous for its pink granite rocks.
Gently sloping and well sheltered, the beach of Saint-Guirec is a privileged place for relaxation and lazing.
In the summer season, children will swim safely under the supervision of lifeguards and enjoy the beach club.
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).

Très jolie petite maison avec tout le confort. Elle est idéalement située et très agréable avec son jardinet plein de fleurs. Proche Tregastel et commerces environnants.

La maison est très bien placée, propre et agréable à vivre. Il manque seulement un sèche-cheveux !Par contre, la disponibilité commerciale de l'agence immobilière reste à revoir, très difficile au début, cela s'est amélioré en fin de séjour

La petite maisonnette est très bien placée , 300m du port de ploumanach et de l'autre côté, la plage st Guirec à 200m....avec le sentier des douaniers, donc les ballades à pieds ne manquent pas !!! La voiture est nécessaire cependant pour les courses...super u à 4 kms Tregastel....pas de commerces de bouches à Ploumanach...difficultés pour se garer même les 15 premiers jours de septembre....
