Cozy penthouse of 110 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator and private garage.
The apartment boasts an enchanting view of the sea and Portosole, surrounded by Villa Ormond's and Villa Nobel's gardens.
The property consists of a large living room, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms.
The terrace surrounds the apartment and all rooms have direct access.
The interior space is organized as follows: - LARGE LIVING ROOM with Smart TV, two sofas, armchair, table, split A/C and entrance to the terrace; - KITCHENETTE with 4 induction burners, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, moka coffee maker, cooking utensils and wine glasses.
Adjacent to the kitchenette there is a small dining table; - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and entrance to the terrace; - BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds, wardrobe, split A/C and entrance to the terrace; - BATHROOM 1 with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and split A/C; - BATHROOM 2 with sink, WC and washing machine; - LARGE TERRACE that surrounds the whole apartment and all the rooms have direct access.
Equipped with awnings, table with chairs and 2 deck chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating with heat pumps, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes stand and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE: Private parking can accommodate a medium sized car. The elevator serves all floors of the building (the garage corresponds to the "S" floor, the "3" floor apartment). The garden is not usable.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights.
