The historic center is only 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus (n. 310).
It is possible to park for free on the street outside the fence.
The peculiarity of the villa is the large garden that can be used by guests in summer to eat or simply relax.
A portion of the villa is reserved for guests in total privacy, while the owner lives in the other part.
In 60 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 5 people.

Kitchen equipped with moka, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils.
Living room with double sofa bed and TV.
Bathroom complete with shower, bidet and hairdryer.
UPPER FLOOR.
Bedroom.
Double bed and single bed, wardrobe and split of A/C.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Unlimited Wifi, iron and clothesline.
Laundry area with external washing machine.
Waste management (mandatory) Separate collection is mandatory during your stay.
In case of non-compliance, a supplement of 30 euros will be required.
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
