Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming sea-view flat for rent in Le Tréport, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It measures 67 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom.
We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living room with sea views, featuring a TV, sofa and dining area - A separate, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, standard coffee maker and Senseo pod coffee machine… - Bedroom 1: an 11 m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: an 11 m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed - A shower room - A separate toilet The flat is ideally situated in Le Tréport, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market (held one or two days a week)... Neighbourhood: A fairly quiet neighbourhood, with entertainment on the esplanade during peak season (musicians, a bouncy castle, and a playground for children and teenagers). Access to the beach is right opposite the accommodation, close to the harbour and the lighthouse. Activities: - Walking tour of Old Tréport and the collegiate church; - A short drive away: a visit to Eu Castle and its collegiate church; - Notre Dame de la Falaise in Mers-les-Bains - Boat trip with local fishermen (booking desk on the esplanade near the lighthouse) - Casino on the esplanade - Tréport tourist train Transport: - Car: the town’s car parks are pay-and-display. - Nearest railway stations: Le Tréport SNCF station, 1.5 km from the flat, and Eu station, 6 km away (approx. 15 minutes) - Nearest airports: Le Touquet Côte d’Opale Airport, 83 km away (approx. 1 hour 5 minutes); Beauvais Airport, 93 km away (approx. 1 hour 29 minutes) Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price.

l’appartement est situé aux pieds des falaises et face à la mer. Vue magnifique de la salle à manger.
Appartement propre. Dommage que la literie soit mauvaise. Il ne s’agit pas d’un lit mais d’un canapé lit dans la chambre principale.
