Studio cabin of 31 m² located on the ground floor of a residence 50 m from the beach at St Jacques in Sarzeau: - A living room with a sofa bed type sofa bed - A fully equipped kitchenette - A cabin with a double bed and storage - A bathroom with shower/wc NB: beds equipped with duvets Outside : - Sea view of the enclosed garden with terrace equipped with a garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and electric awning - A numbered parking space A common room is at your disposal.
Please note : - Official classification 2 * for 2 persons with a real capacity for 4 persons - Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/11/24 to 26/04/25 and from 18/10/25 to 3/01/26 : cost per kwh according to EDF base in force - Bed and toilet linen not provided - Possibility of rental (€16/set of sheets; €19/set of duvet cover; set of towels: 2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat: €20, or possibility per unit). - Pets allowed with a supplement of €28/pet/week (including short stay) - Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package: 60 € - Tourist tax: 1 €/day/adult - Deposit 300 €
