House of 140 m² located in a quiet cul-de-sac 500 m from the sea in St Jacques en Sarzeau.
On the ground floor:

- A spacious living room with garden views
- Equipped kitchen with dishwasher open to living/dining area
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
- A laundry room
On the first floor
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160
- Bedroom 3: 3 single beds in 90
- Room 4: 1 bed 90
- A bathroom with a shower and bathtub
- Separate toilet
Outside
- An enclosed garden with a terrace equipped with a garden furniture and barbecue
- A garage for storing bicycles
- Parking in front of the house.
Please note
- No wifi. Possibility to rent a mini-box ifi = 39 €/week or 6 €/day
- Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/1 to 4/05 and from 19/10 to 31/12: cost per kwh according to EDF base in force
- Bed and toilet linen not provided - Possibility of rental (€16/set of sheets; €19/set of duvet cover; set of towels: 2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat: €20, or possibility per unit).
- Pets allowed with a supplement of €28/pet/week (including short stay)
