We propose you to rent, on the commune of Montfrin, this charming family house with swimming pool, located in a former post office relay dating from the 16th century entirely renovated, with a surface of 200 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 14 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 45 m², a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 10 000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The ground floor, the outdoor area and the swimming pool are shared with the owners.
The number of rooms available will depend on the number of travellers: 6 people - 3 rooms, 7 to 8 people - 4 rooms, 8 to 10 people - 5 rooms, 10 to 14 people - 6 rooms.
It is composed as follows:
On the second floor:
- A living room of 45 m² with TV, sofa and large dining table
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Room 1 : a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 : a king-size bed (180x200)
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC
On the second floor :
- Bedroom 3 : one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Room 4 : two single beds
- Room 5 : one double bed (140x190)
- Room 6 : four single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private swimming pool (not heated) of 12X6 meters open from April to October.
- A beautiful garden of 10 000 m² with a mini farm (chickens, dwarf goats, fish pond) and a petanque court. The park is surrounded by a wall of 3 meters high, dogs must be kept on a leash because there are other animals.
- Terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The accommodation is located in a very popular area for tourists. 10 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 20 minutes from the city of the popes. Close to Nîmes. Less than 30 minutes from the Camargue. The place is very appreciated by the cyclists, the famous green way is located has less than one kilometer of the house. You will be able to benefit near all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus stop in front of the house.
- TGV station at 15 minutes.
- Remoulin freeway exit at 15 minutes
- Nearest airport: Nîmes airport at about 30 km (32 minutes by car)
Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- Animals are allowed in the accommodation. Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the garden because there are other animals.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
