During your stay in the “Comme à Venise” suite, you will have a reserved parking space at the “Théâtre-Comédie Parking”. All the necessary information will be provided to you on the day of your arrival via a house guide.


Although located on the ground floor, the apartment offers a peaceful and luxurious experience. The windows have been specially designed to guarantee privacy and tranquility, with the addition of opaque curtains. The warm decoration, designed by an interior designer, creates an atmosphere of luxury, and the two rooms have been furnished like opera boxes, aiming to get as close as possible to the quality of a luxury hotel. The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a carefree stay, benefiting from a 4* rating. The view from the apartment is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Metz. You can enjoy the benefits of the city center while staying in a quiet and comfortable apartment.


The two bedrooms can be configured according to your preferences with either a 180 cm king size bed or two 90 cm single beds. Beds are made on arrival. For added flexibility, a high-end 160cm queen size sofa bed allows one or two additional people to sleep in the living room.


Physical arrival at the premises is possible from 4 p.m., and departure must be made no later than 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. Arrival is self-guided, with all necessary information provided in our house guide emailed after booking confirmation.
