Cocoonr offers you this charming 90 m² flat for rent, located in the heart of the historic centre of the medieval city of Vannes.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers.
You'll immediately fall in love with the location, character and charm of the place.
The flat is located in the historic centre of Vannes, an area that is entirely pedestrianised and not accessible by car.
This is rue Saint-Salomon, famous for its timber-framed houses.
The staircase will take you up to the 1st floor, where you'll find this superb flat, full of charm and perfectly peaceful.
This lovely, light-filled flat has high ceilings, a vast, light-filled 35 m² living room, solid oak parquet flooring and quality fixtures and fittings.
The accommodation comprises - An attractive living room, - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two beautiful bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200), - A beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double washbasins, - A separate WC IMPORTANT : - The flat is located on the 1st floor without lift. - The patio visible in the photos of the kitchen and bedroom is not accessible from the flat (access blocked). - The flat is located in the historic centre of Vannes, an area that is entirely pedestrianised and not accessible by car.
Exterior: - A small balcony to enjoy the sunny days without outdoor furniture.
The flat is ideally located in Vannes, close to all the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.
Transport links : - If you are coming by car, the street from the flat is not accessible by car, you will need to park around the old town of Vannes.
You can opt for the nearby Q-Park du Port car park or the Richemont car park (pay parking).

Sehr schönes Appartement. Sanft renoviert, tolle Küche Wohnraum, sehr gute Betten und grosses Bad mit separatem WC. Sehr gepflegt.
Die Agentur hat uns bei der Ankunft im Haus empfangen, alles war sehr sauber und die Betten bezogen.
Aangenaam verblijf in het hart van de oude stad.

Zeer ruim en goed uitgerust appartement en voldoende fris.
De patio mag niet worden gebruikt maar dat vormt geen probleem.
Gelegen pal in het centrum maar toch geen geluidsoverlast.
Leuke ontvangst door Bassem.
Er komt niet zoveel rechtstreeks zonlicht binnen maar op zich vormt dat geen probleem
