We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, this charming apartment with ski resort to 300 meters, of a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room, an open equipped kitchenette, a bedroom without door, a bathroom and a balcony. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An entrance with bunk beds.
- A living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- A kitchenette equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom without door with a double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A balcony of about 1.5 m wide, 1 m deep with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the view of the mountain.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, family ski resort, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
In winter: winter sports, dog sledding, rando-luge, ski joëring, snake gliss (train of sledges that winds on the slopes), snow tubbing (race of buoys on snow) or yooner (halfway between sledding and skiing), ice rink etc... Close to the resort of Orcière Merlette at about 15 minutes by car (cinema / discotheque / swimming pool / ice rink etc...).
In summer : hiking in the forest, horseback riding, paragliding, visit of the castle and the bell tower of the village, mountain biking, fitness trail, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure trail, water park, donkey trail, educational farms etc...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the accommodation.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Gap train station located about 25 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport located at about 2h11 by car.
Other remarks :
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by your care (or in supplement with our provider on the spot).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in supplement (rent and payment to be made with our partner on the spot).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be requested.
- Entirely non-smoking.
