We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming flat with sight sea, with less than one kilometre of the beach, of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a balcony from where you will appreciate the view. Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A sunny balcony in the morning with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment, you will be able to reach the beach by crossing the road. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you are looking for a beautiful seaside resort to spend a few days in, the region of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is definitely the place to stop. Here, capes, islands, creeks and miles of beaches make up the landscape. Take the time to walk along the coast and through the castle ruins before discovering the Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer peninsula.
- Relax on the beach or do water sports: sailing, diving, boat trips.
- Visit the surrounding towns: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, Cap Fréhel...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the residence (number 207, 1 vehicle).
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus stop in front of the building.
- Nearest train station: Dinan train station located at about 30 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Dinard airport located about 25 minutes away by car.
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Breakfast option can be booked on request and paid to our service provider on site.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged.

Nous avons passé 11 jours mi-juin et ce fut un plaisir d'avoir la plage juste en face pour longue balade pieds dans l'eau tous les jours. Divers sites touristiques intéressants pas très loin: Dinan-Dinard -St Malo- Cap Fréhel...Appartement spacieux, très propre et très bien fourni pour notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement.

Tolle Ausstattung, Komfort Blick aufs Meer. Parkplatz am Haus (Vorsaison) perfekt ausgestattet, fehlte an nichts.
