Built in 2022, this comfortable cottage for 11 people is perfectly equipped and will delight your little tribe! Indeed, rarely has the notion of "beautiful volumes" been so appropriate to qualify a house as the surfaces offered in this accommodation are vast! Thus, each room has a desk or games area and allows everyone to retreat there in complete privacy.
The billiard table which sits in the middle of the living room will be the occasion for beautiful shared moments.
Adjoining a gite (4 pers.), the 2 houses are very well laid out and each has a private garden with a lovely south-facing terrace.
The height of happiness, the magnificent beach of Portbail is only 350m at the end of the road with its sand yachting base which is a great activity to do with others! All you have to do is put the towel around your neck for swimming or put on your oilskin for a walk in the fresh air...
The village of Portbail and its shops is located on the other side of the harbor at more than 2km.

Pop-Pop-Pop !!!
Idéal pour notre séjour entre amis (5 couples). Ce gite n'a que des qualités : Neuf, Spacieu, Confortable, Idéalement placé à proimité de la mer, dans un environnement calme et bien situé pour visiter le Cotentin. Et puis, les propriétaires sont sympas. Que demander de mieu ?

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, gîte idéal pour un séjour familial, très confortable et très bien équipé.Proximité immédiate avec la plage accès facile à pied.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour du 29 juillet au 5 août Merci

Très beau gîte conçu pour recevoir une grande famille sans se gêner. La chambre au rdc avec sa sdb est accessible à l'handicap. Le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de fabriquer une rampe pour le fauteuil roulant de mon mari pour accéder au gîte.Les propriétaires ont été à notre écoute pour toute demande.
