Located on the raised ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A bright 20 m² living room with sea view, TV, double sofa bed, armchair and dining area - An open-plan kitchen equipped with kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room (with shower and WC) The flat is ideally located in Binic-Étables-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Sailing, paddle, kayaking, hiking on the GR 34, mountain biking, swimming on the beaches of La Banche, Avant-Port, Le Moulin, Corps de Garde and Les Godelins. - Taste the local gastronomy (scallops from the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, Breton far, traditional crêpes, etc.). - Discover the region's must-see sites: the island of Bréhat, Paimpol and the Pink Granite Coast.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free opposite the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint-Brieuc, about 20 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Saint-Brieuc, about 14 minutes by car.

Super Lage, direkt am Strand/Hafen gelegen. Super Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen.
An der Hafenmole ist Abends einiges los, dadurch kann es, bei
geöffnetem Fenster, manchmal etwas laut werden.
