We offer for rent, in the town of Bolquère, this south-facing chalet with a surface area of 125 m² that can accommodate up to 9 guests. It is located 1.5 km from the ski lifts of the Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 resort and close to hiking trails. The chalet consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of approximately 550 m².
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
First floor:
- A 30 m² living room with dining area and TV
- A separate lounge area with sofa bed and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190)
- A separate toilet
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bathroom (bathtub) with toilet
Outside:
- A beautiful 550 m² private garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- An 8 m² terrace located on the first floor
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Bolquère, 1.5 km from the Pyrénées 2000 resort, near Font Romeu. Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 is one of the largest ski areas in the Pyrénées-Orientales. You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
In winter, a multitude of snow sports are available in the Font Romeu / Pyrénée 2000 / La Calme ski area: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding, and more. But there are also many other activities, such as dog sledding, mountaineering, snowmobiling, horse riding, and finally, discover the Cerdan plateau from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!
In summer, you can explore the hiking trails of the Les Estanyols area, enjoy a swim in Lake Matemale in Les Angles, go climbing, play golf, try tree climbing, or go rafting, hydrospeeding, or canyoning on the Aude River! Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh, local produce directly from the producers!
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage, which can accommodate one vehicle (height restricted), or at the entrance to the chalet, where you can park up to three vehicles.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Font Romeu station, 11 minutes away (7.5 kilometers)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport, 1 hour 30 minutes away (88.5 kilometers)
Other remarks:
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The fireplace is not in use.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
