We are offering this charming 40 m² apartment for rent in the town of La Bresse, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 13 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a mezzanine sleeping area and a bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge, WiFi is included, and we are just waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 13 m² living room with sofa, TV (SFR channels) and dining area - A kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo pod coffee machine... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a TV (Smart TV to which you can only connect your personal accounts such as Netflix - SFR and TNT channels not available) - A mezzanine bedroom area with two single beds and the possibility of adding a travel cot. - A bathroom (bathtub) - A separate toilet Outside: - A south-west facing balcony of approximately 5 m², equipped with garden furniture and a parasol to enjoy sunny days For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
The neighbourhood: The accommodation is located in the "Hameau des Chaumes" condominium, situated in a quiet hillside location, allowing you to enjoy views of the town and the valley.
The building in which the flat is located is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so you can park easily.
You will be a 5-minute walk from the town centre and the supermarket, and a 15-minute walk from the leisure centre (swimming pool, bowling alley).
Activities: La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports.
The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label.
The Vosges offer a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits in both summer and winter: In summer: - Over 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike circuits, Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Lispach, fishing for pike, carp, perch and trout... - Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, trial biking... - Visits: sweet shop, clog factory, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away).
In winter: - Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes by car from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges. - Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 slopes) and Brabant (3 slopes). - Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit trail, toboggan runs, ice rink.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's outdoor car park.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - TGV Est to Remiremont 22 km away, then coach service. - During school holidays, free shuttle between the village and the ski slopes.
Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). - The apartment is entirely non-smoking (including the balcony). - Free Wi-Fi is available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la location de l'appartement au calme et la vue de la terasse . L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé propre et joliment décoré.

Situé au calme. Très belle vue. Terrasse assez grande pour manger dessus (nous étions 2). Cuisine bien équipée. Vaisselle ok. TV grand écran impeccable. Bien équipé
Très petit appartement. Literie à revoir - lit et matelas de mauvaise qualité. Manque couteau à pain. Lunette de WC à remplacer. (Odeur dans l'allée)

appartement idéal à 2 pour quelques jours benefiant des équipements pour éviter la corvée de vaisselle. bonne literie. balcon agréable sans vis à vis.
