We are offering this charming house for rent in the town of Matignon, featuring a private swimming pool, with a floor area of 100 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of around 1,200 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 35 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - A bathroom with shower and bath - A separate toilet - Mezzanine landing, accessible via a staircase, furnished with a sofa For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 9 m x 4.50 m swimming pool (private, heated) open from June to September.

The house is ideally situated in Matignon, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Sports: golf, water sports, fishing, boat trips, horse riding, tree-top adventure courses, GR34 hikes, horse riding. - Visits to the Emerald Coast and La Latte Fort. - Seaside resorts on the Emerald Coast: Saint-Malo, Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer. - Seaside resorts in the Côtes d’Armor: Le Val-André, Trégastel-Plage, Perros-Guirec, Erquy…. - The Grand Aquarium in Saint-Malo. Events: the Route du Rhum in Saint-Malo, the Scallop Festival in May in Erquy, the Ramparts Festival in Dinan... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property, which has space for up to 3 vehicles, or in the private garage, which can accommodate 1 vehicle. Ruim en gezellig huurhuis met een uitstekend verwarmd zwembad waar wij een perfect verlof hebben doorgebracht.. Supermarkt op enkele honderden meter.
Een reeks kleine dingen die versleten zijn of niet meer werken, die soms een beetje irriteerden.
Waterkoker lekt. Nespresso machine houd zijn capsules niet vast. TV rotversleten. Wifi zwak en via portaal. Verwarming huis op slot. 10cm te weinig water in het zwembad. Veel spaarlampen van een vorige g...

This is a great property, with all that we wanted for a relaxing break. The house itself was clean and well-presented.
