The villa features 200m² of space with access to the lake via a path.
Facing south, it is located in the commune of Moux in Morvan-Lake des Settons! The southern location of the lake ensures a peaceful environment.
You can walk to the leisure center and nautical base, as well as its large beach, via the path that runs around the lake; it takes about 15 minutes on foot to get there.
The main activity area, with its restaurants, shops, café-tobacconist, and tourist office, is less than a 5-minute drive away. ## Layout : On the ground floor, the house includes: • A 30m² kitchen with a dining area, equipped with a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee maker • A 30m² TV lounge with a fireplace • A 30m² dining room with a foosball table for 6 people and a convertible American pool table • 1 shower room and a separate toilet On the first floor, the house includes: • 2 bedrooms with 1 king-size bed • 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed and 1 child's bed (120 cm) • 1 bedroom with a 2-person convertible sofa, a 1-person convertible sofa, and 1 single bed (90x190) • 1 bathroom (bathtub and shower) and toilet Bed linens and towels are provided.
The villa is situated on a beautiful wild park of 1.7 hectares of woodland. Not accessible for persons with reduced mobility. ## Notes : A deposit will be required before your arrival (500€).
We use the Swikly platform, an extra-secure solution that simply allows you to deposit your deposit online, without debit or impact on your ceiling.
Trusted third party, Swikly will act as our intermediary and carries out an impartial arbitration in case of dispute.

c'est encore un très bon séjour dans votre maison ! c'est la 2ème fois que nous venons dans la maison elle est très agréable, spacieuse, avec le baby-foot et le billard c'est très sympa.
le lac est tout proche idéal pour des balades.

Positive:
Grande maison, bien située, propre et fonctionnelle. Billard et baby-foot très appréciés. Les chambres sont confortables, la cuisine est bien équipée et le lac et la base nautique sont à moins de 5 minutes en voiture.
