We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Le Cannet, this charming recent and protected flat with air-conditioning (reversible) of a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony.
Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with wardrobe. - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with cupboard. - A shower room with shower and WC. - A bathroom with bathtub.
Outside : - On the living room side, a south west facing balcony of 8m². - On the kitchen and bedroom side, a 10m² terrace to enjoy the sunny days with its garden furniture and electric blind.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Le Cannet, in a very pleasant environment in the heart of the city, while being quiet.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, pharmacy, bank...
Activities : - The Croisette Beach Cannes: long public sandy beach along the famous Croisette promenade about 15 minutes drive away. - The city centre of Cannes with its Palais des festivals, its promenade, its restaurants, its luxury shops, its port at about 13 minutes by car. - Sports activities in Cannes: diving, swimming, water sports... - Crossing to Sainte Marguerite Island - from Cannes: discover the mysteries of Sainte Marguerite Island and enjoy the boat crossing to admire the Bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands, about 10 minutes by car to the Laubeuf quay, the departure and arrival point of the boats. - Bonnard Museum (Art Museum) about 8 minutes drive away. - Thetys Cannes Centre (Spa Hammams, Turkish Baths) about 15 minutes walk away. - Cannes Festival in May. - The Royal Regatta in September. - Cannes urban trail in September. - Marathon des Alpes Maritimes Nice Cannes in October. - NRJ Music Awards in November. - Festivals des jeux at the Palais des festivals in February.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bus stop near the flat - Nearest train station: Cannes train station located about 13 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Cannes-Mandelieu airport located about 15 minutes away by car and Nice airport about 25 minutes away.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are allowed in the accommodation (only one cat or dog per stay). - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - No parties or evening events. - For a supplement of 10€ per night, you can park directly in the 22m² garage, which is secured by a video surveillance camera and closed from the flat. - Please keep the communal areas clean. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability.
A flat-rate supplement may be charged: €25 for arrivals after 8pm and departures before 8am.

La Villa Gauguin Bonito apartamento en Le Cannet, con terraza y parking privado; bien situado en zona tranquila, con algunas tiendas básicas locales. Agradecimiento al personal que nos recibió y despidió.

La Villa Gauguin Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement, tout était impeccable . L’espace était largement suffisant ( nous étions 3 ). Le parking privé est un gros plus. Les agents sont réactifs.
