We are offering this charming, modern and secure flat for rent in the town of Le Cannet.
It features reversible air-conditioning, has a floor area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area. - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with a fitted wardrobe. - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with a fitted wardrobe. - A shower room with a shower and toilet. - A bathroom with a bath. Outside: - Adjacent to the living room, a south-west-facing balcony of 8m² - Adjacent to the kitchen and bedrooms, a 10m² terrace perfect for enjoying sunny days, complete with garden furniture and an electric awning. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally situated in Le Cannet, in a very pleasant setting in the heart of the town, yet in a quiet area.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, a chemist and a bank. Things to do: - La Croisette Beach, Cannes: a long public sandy beach running alongside the famous Croisette promenade, about a 15-minute drive away. - Cannes town centre with its Palais des Festivals, promenade, restaurants, luxury shops and harbour, about a 13-minute drive away. - Water sports in Cannes: diving, swimming, water sports… - Ferry crossing to Sainte-Marguerite Island – departing from Cannes: discover the mysteries of Île Sainte-Marguerite and enjoy the boat trip whilst admiring the Bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands, about a 10-minute drive away to reach Quai Laubeuf, the departure and arrival point for the boats. - Bonnard Museum (Art Museum), about an 8-minute drive away. - Centre Thetys Cannes (Spa, Hammams, Turkish baths), about a 15-minute walk away. - Cannes Film Festival in May. - The Régates Royales in September. - Cannes Urban Trail in September. - Alpes-Maritimes Nice-Cannes Marathon in October. - NRJ Music Awards in November. - Games Festival at the Palais des Festivals in February. La Villa Gauguin Bonito apartamento en Le Cannet, con terraza y parking privado; bien situado en zona tranquila, con algunas tiendas básicas locales. Agradecimiento al personal que nos recibió y despidió.

La Villa Gauguin Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement, tout était impeccable . L’espace était largement suffisant ( nous étions 3 ). Le parking privé est un gros plus. Les agents sont réactifs.
