Behind its plant hedge, the beautiful west-facing terrace of 25m² seduces even before crossing the threshold of the door! The view of the masts of the sailboats and the harbor is very pleasant.
The duplex apartment is cosy.
Bathed in light with its two French windows opening onto the balcony to the East, it therefore offers the possibility of enjoying an outdoor space at any time of the day! We like to curl up in its lounge area where you will find a few board games or nestle in the mezzanine under the roof for a moment of reading.
You will enjoy the many assets of this picturesque seaside resort between its emblematic cape, its natural haven which shelters a charming port and its large sandy beach.
Jersey is also just opposite and can be a very nice excursion!

Parfait pour un séjour avec le choix des visites dans le Cotentin ,de belles plages , de belles randonnées, les plages du débarquement et Cherbourg et sa cité de la mer .Propriétaire très agréable et disponible .Le parking sur est un plus .

Appartement Joliment décoré, tout confort et calme.Coup de cœur pour la grande terrasse très agréable au calme.Un compartiment "freezer" dans le réfrigérateur et une machine à laver le linge seraient un plus , mais pas indispensable pour de bonnes vacances.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très agréable et confortable. Très bien situé sur le port de plaisance de Carteret, nous avons apprécié également d'être à proximité des commerces tout en étant au calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
