Accommodation classified 2* by the Tourist Office* - Air-conditioned living area with bunk sofa bed (2x90 cm), TV, dining area with table and chairs, outdoor access - Kitchen area: 4-burner cooktop, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, Italian coffee maker, toaster, miscellaneous dishes, etc. - Bedroom with sliding door: 140 cm bed, window and shutter, closet - Bathroom with shower, sink - Separate toilets Exteriors: - 8 sq m sheltered terrace with dining furniture, parasol, drying rack, washing machine - 12 sq m garden with relaxation furniture, synthetic grass, gate - Private parking space secured by the residence barrier Miscellaneous: - Air conditioning in the living room - Beaches and restaurants of the Nartelle on foot - Animals not allowed - Self-service herbs in the residence! Distances: - Downtown : 3000m - Range : 50m - Shops : 50m Reception and key delivery times: Monday to Friday between 15h00 and 18h00 maximum. Saturdays (July - August) between 16h00 and 18h00 maximum.
