This is a relaxing environment in which to unwind. Ideally located, it will delight lovers of golf, hiking and horse-riding, and you can stroll and enjoy the local produce available at the Sarzeau market, not forgetting the sailing school at the end of the beach!

On one level, this house of about 70 m² is composed of a bright living room, a very pleasant living room with sea view, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine), a granite bar to share convivial moments for the aperitif, able to accommodate 4 travellers very comfortably.

You will also appreciate the 360° sea view and the proximity of the beach at the end of the garden.
This cosy little house offers you a total of 2 bedrooms.
1 double bedroom with queen-size bed: a parental shower room, shower with individual marble basin.
