Nestled in the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe, Devon, is this fantastic ground-floor apartment, 1 Cheyne Beach Apartments which is situated right next to the sea. Enjoying a superb location between the North Devon Coast and Exmoor National Park set along the seafront, 1 Cheyne Beach Apartments is a superb pet-friendly choice for couples or a family of six. Step into your new home from home, where you will find a large light and airy sitting room with stunning views over the sea, Featuring generous sofas and a SMART TV, ideal for enjoying movie nights with loved ones, as well as a modern, spacious and fully-equipped kitchen/diner (which includes a wine chiller), where you can rustle up tasty dishes ready to savour at the dining table for six over a bottle of wine.
Just off the kitchen is a utility room with all of your laundry essentials (including dryer), outdoor furniture etc. After dinner, why not take your favourite tipple out to the rear communal patio area, where you can soak up the stunning sea views on offer or take a dip in the sea as day turns to night.
Make your way to the well-appointed bathroom, where you can enjoy a soak in the bath or freshen up under the overhead shower.
When sleep calls, choose from three well-appointed bedrooms, 2 king-size bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, and a twin room.

Please note: this property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights; during July, August and September only weekly bookings can be accommodated starting on a Friday. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, dining seating for five, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with zip/link, a king-size with en-suite shower room, and a single, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a communal garden area with patio, lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one small/medium car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub and a beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Note: There are steps down to the apartment, please take care and mind your head. Note: There is a gate that leads to steps built into the rocks to the beach, please ensure children are supervised at all times. Your next coastal adventure awaits at 1 Cheyne Beach Apartments.
Guests have access to private steps (from the communal patio area) which lead down to the sea and rocks below, but please be aware that they are used at guests' own risk.

What a beautiful apartment! Well thought out and finished to a really high standard. Really enjoyed our time here, was definitely a home away from home. Would really recommend. The most yummy scones with jam and clotted cream were a very welcome surprise. Would definitely recommend and return
