## Space This beautiful duplex apartment in the Brimbelles residence is ideally located, right in the center of the resort.
You can reach the slopes on foot (250 meters from the main Chaudanne departure point).
Additionally, you'll be close to all the shops, bars, restaurants, and stores.
The apartment features an open kitchen connected to the bright living room/dining area, thanks to the large bay window opening onto the balcony.
There is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub, and separate toilet facilities.
Upstairs, there is a small TV area with a convertible sofa, a bedroom with two single beds, and a toilet.
You will also find: -Washing machine -Dishwasher -Equipped kitchen -Filter coffee maker -Raclette machine -Wireless -TV You have a private parking space included with the rental.

Quick access to the slopes by the tourist office escalator or on the Chaudanne plateau which is the main ski departure with direct access to Courchevel or Les Menuires.
Center of the valley, this is also where you will find the Olympic Park and its many activities: swimming pool, ice rink, bowling etc.
You can also use the free shuttle service to reach the Chaudanne slopes, Morel or the Rond Point des pistes. ## Transit ## Notes

Lovely, well equipped apartment. 5 min walk to slopes with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and facilities close by. We had a slight issue but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We will boom this apt again.

Attention, le garage est bas donc coffre de toit à démonter avant
Pour le reste RAS si ce n'est l'inflation du prix d'année en année qui va rendre le bien trop chère.
Sinon, situation idéale, calme. Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants ado ( escalier raide)
