Positioned in Draycott Terrace with stunning panoramic sea views over Porthminster beach towards St Ives Harbour, Godrevy and beyond, this stylish ground floor apartment also has the added benefit of a communal patio area at the rear.

The large dining table comfortably seats up to four guests and is perfect for an intimate dinner or for that special occasion.
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, which can also be configured as two single beds on request, ample storage, and views over the back patio area. It is tastefully decorated with accents of vivid colour yet creates a serene and tranquil haven.
There is a family bathroom with a double headed rainfall shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Spacious and comfortable property in fantastic location with fabulous views. Some attention to detail needed such as lack of cutlery, crumbs on sofa and webs in bedroom, otherwise a great place with surprise welcome pack.
