We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Morzine, this charming flat with ski resort accessible by shuttle, with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor on the entrance side and on the third floor on the balcony side, it consists of a nice living room of 35 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a south facing balcony with a panoramic view on the resort and the surrounding mountains. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace (decorative), sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A large bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a TV.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A separate toilet.
Outside :
- A balcony of about 10 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
Common area of the residence:
- A swimming pool (heated) measuring 12.5×5.5 m open from mid-June to mid-September (opening dates not contractual), secured by a fence and a child lock on the entrance gate.
- A room with a ping-pong table.
- A bowling alley.
The flat is ideally located in Morzine, in a very pleasant environment within a residential area. In the centre of the resort, you will find all the essential shops, restaurants, bars and markets.
Activities :
The flat is located in a winter and summer resort.
- In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking, sledging, snowshoeing, snow scooters, indoor ice rink...
- In summer: mountain biking on Europe's largest trails, hiking, horse riding, adventure park, tree climbing, summer sledging, canyoning, tennis, paragliding, 18-hole golf course in Les Gets and 9-hole golf course in Avoriaz, visits to the Morzine fruit orchard, Lake Montriond.... Please visit the tourist office for more information.
- Events: Tour de France/ Harley Days/ Mont Blanc rally...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the residence's collective car park, free placement (for 1 vehicle).
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Free municipal shuttle bus to downtown (15-minute walk).
- Nearest train station: Cluses or Thonon-Les-Bains train stations are about 40 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport located approximately 1h20 by car.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Stairs to the swimming pool and the boule court.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
