We are offering this charming duplex apartment with sea views for rent in the town of La Grande-Motte. It is located in a lively area of the town, just a stone's throw from the beach (~50 m), has a surface area of 46 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of approximately 30 m². Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels at an additional cost. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV lounge area and sofa, opening onto the kitchen and overlooking the terrace and garden.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo coffee machine, etc.
Upstairs:
- Air-conditioned bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with a view of the dunes and a glimpse of the sea.
- Air-conditioned bedroom 2: two pull-out beds that can be combined to form a 160 x 190 cm bed.
- A bathroom with toilet.
Outside:
- A 10m² covered terrace facing south/south-east overlooking the garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days and a removable triangular sail or parasol.
- An 18m² garden equipped with a water point for when you return from the beach.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board, cot.
The apartment is ideally located in La Grande-Motte, opposite the beach, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
Water sports: boat trips (sailing lessons, sea trips with a skipper, etc.)
- Horse riding to admire the Camargue a little more closely
- Visits to towns: Le Grau du Roi, Aigues-Mortes, Montpellier, etc.
- Bicycle hire (standard or electric): you will find a hire shop near the residence.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private car park.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Montpellier train station is 25 minutes away by car
- The Pérols tram is 10 minutes away by car
- Montpellier airport is 15 minutes away by car.
Other remarks:
- Free WiFi available
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Arrivals and departures outside the specified times are possible at an additional cost, to be paid and requested from the concierge.
- The accommodation is located in a lively part of town, close to a nightclub, which may cause noise disturbance.

Nous louons cette location depuis 3 ans avec nos 2 petits enfants. C est toujours aussi bien malgré l’augmentation du loyer cette année nous restons fidèle mais pourquoi supprimez pour l année prochaine la fourniture des draps et serviettes qui était inclus. Proposez une option. Merci EB

La Dunette "Idéal séjour plage
🙂 La facilité d'accés avec vidéo pour récupérer badge parking et clés. L'appartement est situé à deux pas de la plage, idéal pour se reposer et faire des balades chemin piéton, nous n'avons plus besoin de voiture une fois arrivé! Appartement agréable, tout est à disposition."
