We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Besse-sur-Issole, this charming house of countryside with private swimming pool, of a surface of 72 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 14 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 4 000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 14 m² with TV and a sofa.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a central island serving as a dining area, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A dining room in the solarium
- Bedroom 1 : a king size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 2 upstairs: a double bed (140×200) and a single bed.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside :
- A 5mx10m swimming pool (private, not heated) open from May to the end of September (depending on weather conditions)
- A beautiful garden of 4 000 m².
- A terrace overlooking a vineyard without opposite with various furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, fan.

The house is ideally located 1 km from Besse-sur-Issole, a small Provencal village, in a very pleasant environment. Numerous shops available in Besse (bakery, butcher's shop, newsstand, tobacco shop, restaurants, wine sales, hairdressers, pharmacy, doctors, etc).

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house which can accommodate up to two vehicles.

Train station : Aix en Provence TGV (about 50mn) & Marseille St Charles (about 1h10)
Bus station : Brignoles (about 20mn)
