This spacious villa is located at the end of a dead-end road. It is a cosy villa with a living room on the ground floor with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, for preparing a meal of your choice. From here you step out onto the terrace to enjoy the wooded surroundings, or a dip in the pool surrounded by comfortable loungers. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining table is where the best memories are created!
Cotignac, a jewel in the Var, surprises you with its graceful cours, surrounded by century-old plane trees, where cosy restaurants, bars and boutiques flourish. At night, the cliff face illuminates the centre: a beautiful sight. From Saint-Tropez to the lush heart of Provence, the Var stands out with breathtaking nature, intriguing sights and a great climate. The challenging 18-hole golf course Golf de Barbaroux is 25 km from the accommodation. The famous seaside resort of Saint-Tropez and fascinating cities such as Aix-en-Provence and Cannes are within easy reach, just an hour from the house
