This beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse in San Pedro de Alcántara is the perfect place to spend your summer.
The accommodation is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.
Two large swimming pools and a security guard 24/7.
Less than 100m from your back door is the beach where you will find the exclusive El Ancla and chic Macaao Beach Clubs or the more laid back Guayaba Beach Chiringuito (bar/casual restaurant).
This house is ideal for families or groups of friends wanting to chill out, relax.
The location of Guadalvillas is simply incredible – it is 2km to the heart of San Pedro, 4 km to Puerto Banus and 12 km to Marbella.
Guadalmina Golf club is just a drive away, although you also have at least 10 other world class golf courses within a 15 min drive.
