A wonderful holiday home for a couple or a small family, the chalet offers beautifully presented accommodation which provides a warm and welcoming bolthole to its guests.
The light and airy open-plan living space has a delightful sitting area with sliding patio doors directly overlooking the harbour and where sunlight comes streaming in, making it a great place for curling up and soaking up those all-important views.
The small but perfectly formed kitchen is equipped so you can satisfy your culinary needs with a stylish dining area, the ideal spot for enjoying sociable mealtimes together.
After a long day of exploring the delights of Dorset, you’ll be looking forward to bedtime and the bedrooms at The Beach Hut certainly don’t disappoint with a delightful king-sized bedroom which boasts truly impressive views over the sea and a compact but inviting single bedroom.
In the morning you can step into the stylish shower and have an invigorating splash before heading out for the day.
The Beach Hut is in a magnificent spot for discovering Dorset with Lyme Regis just a short walk away with its harbour, beach and causeway as well as a good range of shops and amenities and a museum and aquarium to boot.
For a car journey which will be rewarded with some fantastic views, head out to visit places such as Seaton with its tram ride to picturesque Colyton, the attractive Beer with its magnificent caves and the pretty town of Axminster home to the famous River Cottage.
Beaches are obviously on your bucket list when on a visit to Dorset and ones of particular interest include West Bay, Charmouth, Monmouth and Chesil.

PROPERTY NOTES KEAClean £ 51 Refresh £ 13 COLLECT KEYSProperty Code: A4986 Name: The beach hut Address: 52 Bowling Green, Lyme Regis DT7 3LH Owner: Devon & Dorset Holidays Before you start cleaning, please check the property for maintenance issues (rubbish not collected, light bulbs need replacing, breakages, missing linen items) and report any issues by TEXT 07376359990Please be aware that the linen deliveries start from 10a.m. Property directions: - From our office continue towards the town centre. Take the first right into Pound Road. At the end of the road turn left on to Pound Street and then immediately right into Cobb Road. At the bottom of Cobb Road turn right and drive right through the car parks, past the boat building school until you reach the Monmouth Beach. You will see an access road running up to the Bowling Green Chalet Park to your right. If the magnetised barrier is locked you will have a blue fob to open it on your guest set. Drive up the slope and The Chalet, 52 Ware Cliff is clearly marked on your left hand side, set behind the Boat Building Academy. You can park to the left as you face the Chalet. You will find a parking permit in the property, please ensure this permit is clearly displayed on your dashboard for the duration of your stay and returned to the property when you depart. To avoid damaging the curtains please access the property from the small French doors on end elevation of the chalet. NEW barrier at the Bowling Green Chalets went live. There is no longer a padlock to unlock with a key to gain entry to the chalets, but instead the gate is now magnetised and can only be unlocked with a blue circular fob.The Town Council have also decided to implement a new parking permit system within the area, meaning that anyone who goes up there regardless of how long they will be there will need to always display a parking permit. Each of the chalets have been allocated ONE parking permit each which will remain in their respective chalets. CLEANERS must use the parking permits allocated to the specific chalet they are cleaning whilst they are parked in the area. It is for this reason that all the allocated permits will remain in the chalets when guests depart. Pets allowed: NONote: There is no microwave at the property so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: The property can only accept arrivals/ departures on a Friday or a Monday
