The living areas in this first-floor duplex apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and a dining area and sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a mezzanine double serviced by a first-floor shower room and cloakroom. Outside there is parking available and a shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Upper Room is a great location for guests wanting to explore Ballymena and Northern Ireland. Note: Public car park available until 6pm, then roadside parking available from 6pm until 9am. Note: This property does not have a garden.
