Appartamento GiuGio is a newly built mezzanine apartment located in the city-center of Polignano a Mare.
The accomodation is about 300m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 400m from the downtown overlooking the sea. The house is equipped with A/C and Fiber Wi-Fi, it can accommodate up to 4 people and it is particularly recommended for those arriving in Polignano a Mare by car. Appartamento GiuGio is composed of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchen equipped with induction plates, fridge, sink, oven, microwave, washing machine, table with chairs and a small balcony.
There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Appartamento GiuGio is about 300 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350 m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile, and 400 m from the downtown of Polignano a Mare.
Bari Airport is 50 km away and Brindisi Airport is 82 km away.
The house is about 12 km from Monopoli, 17 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 30 km from Alberobello, 37 km from Locorotondo, 41 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 98 km from Matera and 120 km from Lecce.
Our staff will be happy to host you and help you in organizing your unforgettable holiday. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time. Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property.
Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property.
Then we will provide the code to access the property.
If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied. This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate. To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide.
