The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat with Wi-Fi (fibre optic) for rent in Villeurbanne.
It measures 70 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Situated on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 26 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a study and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises the following: - A 26 m² living room with a TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine… - Two bedrooms, each with one queen-size bed (160×200) - A study with a glass partition opening onto one of the bedrooms, featuring a single sofa bed. - Two bathrooms with shower and bath - A separate toilet The flat is ideally situated in Villeurbanne, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat on the street (paid parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Part-Dieu, less than 10 minutes away by metro. - Nearest airport: St-Exupéry Airport On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘move-in-ready’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation To gain access to your accommodation, you can choose between: - Self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a box. - A face-to-face welcome: in this case, you’ll be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you round the flat and hand over the keys.

The apartment is really well set out and has everything you need to make it feel like home.You have a washing machine and a clothes airer, a shopping trolley, a Nespresso coffee machine, a full-size oven, fridge and freezer - basically everything you need to live comfortably. The location is also excellent.
